For many years, I believed that what would give my life meaning lay somewhere ahead of me.
In my constant striving for further improvement, I became accustomed to the idea that the harder I tried, the more I would gain.
Only later did I realise that what intensified wasn't fulfilment, but the feeling of becoming increasingly rigid, dense and disconnected from myself.

Only later did I realise that what intensified wasn't fulfilment, but the feeling of becoming increasingly rigid, dense and disconnected from myself.
The grace of my suffering as a professional long-distance runner in a body that couldn’t breathe led me from seeking different answers to always the same question—
“Why am I so useless?”
—to asking entirely different questions without the ability to have an immediate answer.
“Who am I really?”
“Why am I here?”
What lies between these two miles-apart ways of wondering about the human experience we call life is a journey that went from running on concrete towards a promising horizon to a dive into the deeper and darker waters within.
I thought I was doing something I loved and failed to recognise how much it was also an expression of everything I was afraid of.
Until I woke up.
Only then could I ask to be led back home to my innate, true being. A place that is impossible to leave, yet from which I had felt completely separated.
It took me a while to understand that life wasn’t a road where my heart needed training to become stronger.
It was trained to surrender and trust more radically so that it could eventually break free because it was open.

This spiritual path taught me something entirely different.
There wasn't really any more to gain.
Only more to detach from.
Only more to release.
So that the truth of who I really am could gradually be unburied from deep within.
Instead of always being full— full of ideas, hopes, dreams, and answers—
I was taught what it means to become fully empty.
Empty of my many collected identities that had spent lifetimes telling me who I needed to become.
When those voices gradually became quieter, what emerged instead were mesmerizing experiences of receiving without striving, knowing without researching, and feeling without thinking.
With the help of teachers such as Dr. Joe Dispenza and Maria Martinez, my understanding of our human experience gradually expanded beyond the purely material into one that also recognizes energy, frequency, and the deeper interconnectedness of life.
Through years of inner practice,
I began to notice more.
To see more clearly.
To understand connections better.
To fear less.
To love more.
And more deeply.
What gradually emerged was
a life of greater coherence.
For the first time in my life,
I was having more while feeling lighter.

Along this path, an innate gift gradually revealed itself.
One that had always been present, yet had remained hidden beneath layers of fear, false beliefs and dense conditioning.
The purer my own energetic vessel became, the clearer my ability to receive from the Source Field and mirror back what another person was ready to see, hear or remember.
Receiving information directly from this Source Field had long been a blessing I did not comprehend nor know how to handle.
Being amongst groups of people often felt overwhelming and exhausting. I sensed far more than I understood and had no framework through which to make sense of those experiences.
Only gradually did I begin to recognise that what I had experienced as heightened sensitivity was, in fact, the awakening of clairvoyance, clairaudience and clairsentience—different ways of perceiving information beyond the physical senses.
With dedicated practice, discernment and a wholehearted yes to this gift, what once felt overwhelming gradually became a quiet place of service.
Today, I am grateful to place it in service of those who feel called to remember.
When I speak of the Source Field, I am referring to the one all-encompassing field of consciousness from which everything arises and to which everything belongs.
Some call it the Quantum Field.
Others call it the Field of Oneness.
Others simply call it Source.
I call it the Source Field.
The name matters far less than the experience.
Mirroring this field becomes possible when my own identity dissolves into stillness.
From that stillness, I remain an empty vessel through which whatever is ready to be received may come forward.
It is from this place that I receive and mirror back what another person may not yet be able to perceive, hear or feel for themselves.

Today, I offer my stillness in service of yours.
A quiet space through which
you may receive, with greater clarity,
the answers to the questions you carry.
A space where what has remained hidden may gently come into view.
A space where you may remember who you are.
And why you are here.
