1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the use of the ANKESSER website and all services offered by ANKESSER.
By booking or participating in a session, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from booking or using the services provided by ANKESSER.
2. About ANKESSER
ANKESSER offers individual mirroring sessions and related services for personal and spiritual development.
Mirroring sessions are intended to provide a space for reflection, inner remembering and greater self-awareness. They invite participants to explore their own experience with openness and personal responsibility.
ANKESSER does not provide medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychological counselling, legal advice or financial advice.
3. Eligibility
Services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
By booking a session, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Booking Appointments
Appointments are scheduled through Calendly.
A booking is confirmed once the appointment has been successfully reserved and, where applicable, payment has been received.
ANKESSER reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments where necessary.
5. Complimentary First Conversation
ANKESSER offers a complimentary introductory conversation to provide an opportunity to meet, ask questions and experience the nature of the work.
This conversation creates no obligation for either party to continue.
Should you wish to continue, individual mirroring sessions may be booked independently through the website.
6. Mirroring Sessions
Following the complimentary first conversation, clients may book individual mirroring sessions through the website.
Session descriptions, duration and fees are displayed on the website at the time of booking.
Where session packages are offered, any applicable conditions or validity periods will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Full payment is required before the scheduled session.
7. Payment
Payments for paid sessions may be made using one of the payment methods offered during the booking process, including:
Credit or debit card (processed securely through Stripe)
PayPal
Bookings for paid sessions are confirmed only after successful payment.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made after this period, or failure to attend a scheduled session, may result in the session being forfeited without refund.
ANKESSER reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. Should this occur, an alternative appointment will be offered.
9. Appropriate Participation
ANKESSER is committed to providing a respectful, attentive and supportive environment for every participant.
Participation in a session is voluntary and based on mutual respect.
ANKESSER reserves the right to decline, postpone or discontinue a session where it is reasonably considered that:
the requested support falls outside the scope of the services offered;
participation would not be appropriate under the circumstances;
continuing the session would not be in the best interests of either party; or
behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intentionally disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with maintaining a respectful and constructive environment.
Where a session is discontinued for these reasons, any refund will be considered at the sole discretion of ANKESSER.
10. Client Responsibility
Mirroring sessions are intended to provide a space for reflection, inner remembering and greater self-awareness.
Participation is voluntary and based on the understanding that each individual remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing before, during and after a session.
Participants are encouraged to exercise their own discernment and personal responsibility when integrating any insights or reflections arising from a session.
Mirroring sessions are offered for personal and spiritual development. They do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychological counseling, legal advice or financial advice, nor are they intended to replace professional services where these are appropriate.
11. Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including written materials, visual identity, logos, downloadable resources and original concepts, remains the intellectual property of ANKESSER unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ANKESSER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in its services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction under German law.
15. Changes to these Terms
